Cupcakes and Cocktails!

Yesterday was Henry's second birthday! An afternoon filled with balloons, cupcakes, new toys, cocktails (for the adults of course) and friends!

Attention Winos!

I am looking to add to my cork collection. Not only does it look neat to have real cork displays spread throughout my entire house, I am also looking to make some more cork boards. In fact, I have a waiting list. I just made one for a friend for her birthday and it's miniature so she can use it on her desk at work. While it may only hold one picture or a few post-it notes, it's still pretty fun!

Since the wine that I prefer no longer uses real cork, I'm calling on you to help to bring me real cork! I was told that I should just go asking around at different restaurants and wineries if I could have some. What do they do with old corks anyway...trash em'? Might as well give them to me for recycling! So if you have any corks lying around or know a local wino, it would be greatly appreciated if you could gather up some cork and send it my way.

Sweet Baby Henry

Welcome to the world, Henry! This newborn looks and acts like an old soul. From the serious looks on his face to his head full of hair, you would have never guessed he was only a few days old. He was not camera shy at all, and I'm sure it's because even at

just a few weeks old, he's already the star of his mom's famous blog. Big sister was there to help the whole session and she

couldn't have been sweeter to her new baby brother. I hope to take some more pictures of Henry as he grows along with big sis, too!

A trip to a Saint Louis favorite

This past weekend, I was joined with two of my closest friends for a fun Saturday afternoon trip to Crown Candy Kitchen where we enjoyed a delicious lunch filled with laughs and candy!

Since Crown Candy is such a happening place to spend a Saturday afternoon, we were greeted with a line outside of the restaurant so I pulled Kori out of the line and forced Kelly to hold our spot while I snapped a few shots of her. If you know Kori at all, you know that she's not the biggest fan of posing for the camera, but she was a good sport and looks real cute!
